Use this form to report a variety of non-emergency Public Works issues, including street and sidewalk repairs, minor water leaks, debris cleanup, park maintenance, etc. Select the appropriate category from the dropdown below. Please note that this system is only monitored during regular City Hall business hours (Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM).

After-Hours Assistance If you are reporting an issue outside of business hours that requires prompt attention, please call Police Non-Emergency Dispatch at (626) 355-1414. Public Works crews are on duty after hours and will be notified directly by dispatch.
